Agency Start Up
The eRSP™ integration and training team can provide start up training directly to the individual agencies or work with the franchisor’s support team to assist them with the start up sessions. Start up training is provided through a series of one-on-one phone sessions, through group webinars or on-site.
Along with eRSP™, Kaleida Systems offers roll up reporting across all agencies providing real time visibility to key metrics indicators. The dashboard provides visibility to individual agencies, regional and corporate level summaries and averages. The dashboard enables you to set benchmark goals and highlight the underachieving sites.
